Bahama Bay- 3 bedroom condo with many amenities

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit (sleeps 6-8) We have a king bed in the Master bedroom with a great view. The other room has a queen bed and the third room a bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom and twin size on top. We have baby and toddler equipment for the ones with young kids. There isa TV in every room and many extras.
Updated kitchen appliances, recently painted We have tried to include some extra touches that most units do not have. For example, the kitchen has many more items for your use and enjoyment. We've tried to think of everything. In addition, we are very reasonably priced, and our unit provides private free WIFI and free calling anywhere in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, newer front-load washer and dryer and font door key pad access with a code you provide us (no need to stop at front desk)!
UPDATE ABOUT SANITAZION
It is our top priority to make sure our properties are always sanitized, cleaned, and disinfected prior to guest check-in. During this time we are committed to ensuring our guests feel confident during their stay and would like to inform you that our housekeeping checklists meet CDC cleaning standards. The cleaning fee in the quote already includes the SANITAZION fee. Please note that some things like board games or DVDs may not be available due to sanitazion limitations. With more than 1,700 square feet, this villa is the epitome of relaxation with features such as private balconies and vaulted ceilings. We also offer 2-bedroom villas such as The San Salvador and The Andros that allow you to just kick back and relax.
Guests at Bahama Bay Resort can also take advantage of on-site amenities such as a fitness center, fishing dock, nature trails and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport. Loved staying at Bob and Gail's place. Had all my must-haves for a vacation home. The place was very inviting with lots of space. Absolutely recommend staying here and looking forward to our next vacation. Definitely going to look into reserving this place again.

We have just enjoyed 12 Fabulous days & nights in Davenport Orlando and whilst they were Exciting, exhilarating and exhausting, it was great to know we had our comfortable and well equipped Condo on Bahama Bay Bay to come home to and relax and chill out around the pools on this lovely resort.
The condo itself is great, it has every amenity needed to make it feel like home from home from comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great lounge area and washing & drying machines. It is within easy reach of Disney and Universal but away from the hustle & Bustle so making for a very relaxed time out session when needed. Bob & Gail were/are excellent hosts who respond immediately to any questions and queries regarding the property and surrounding area and we thank them for allowing us to use their Condo and we would certainly recommend this accommodation and resort to anyone looking for a base in which to visit Disney. Bob and Gail are great hosts, very attentive, and their condominium exemplifies their attention to detail.
The unit is comfortable, nicely furnished in cheery colors, was very clean, and set-up with all the dishes, towels, and household necessities a small family/group will need for their stay, short or long. There are 4 TVs: the larger one in the living area and 3 small in bedrooms.
The grounds are nicely maintained and walking friendly. They meander around to the clubhouse, mini restaurant, grounds pool and around the lake. My mother even spotted their "resident" alligator!
Gail sent us driving shortcuts to the major parks, and there are grocery stores, lots of restaurants and several retail businesses nearby. You'll be within 5-10 minutes from everything, Disney Parks are about 20-25 minutes away.
We recommend this unit for small families or small group of adults looking for a quiet, well-maintained unit and location that's close to amenities and Disney Parks.
