Beautiful home with open plan has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master en suite with a king size bed with access to the pool deck. One bedroom with full bed and 2 other bedrooms with twin beds. Flat TVs in all bedrooms, 1 formal dining and formal living area. There is free WIFI and international calls to Northamerica.The family room with integrated fully equipoed kitchen has direct access and view to the spectacular pool and spa. Pool heat available at extra $20 per day. A barbecue is available for $50/stay.There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a games room in the garage with pool table and foosball.

Descripcion: Sand Crane Villa OT 16229 Hermosa casa con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños. Master en suite con cama king y acceso a la piscina. Una habitacion con cama de dos plazas, y dos habitaciones con dos camas de una plaza cada una. TVs en todas las habitaciones, WiFi gratis, living y comedor formal, mas sala de estar y comedor diario. La cocina es abierta a la enrome sala de estar con vista y acceso a la piscina y el spa. Esta totalmente equipada, con lo necesario para hacer comidas. La casa Tambien cuenta con lavarropas y secarropas, game room en el garage con mesa de pool y metegol.
La piscina con vista al sur, ofrece la opcion de climatizar el agua por $20 extra por dia. Hay parrilla oprcional por $50 por estadia, para disfrutar del clima de Florida en su totalidad.
Muy cerca de los parques, la comunidad cuenta con cancha de tennis, basquet y futbol. Walmart y Publix a menos de 5 minutos y varios resaturants en la zona.

The pictures didn’t lie. The house was in perfect condition and beautiful.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great! We felt right at home. When we do come back we will definitely be staying here,

My family summer vacation was spend in an Orange Tree Community 4 bedroom/3 bathroom with 5 ft. pool house . The Orange Tree Community is very nice and quiet for a family to relax or swim all day. The house is very beautiful,clean, maintained in good condition. My children enjoyed the pool. going for bike rides through the neighborhood, playing in the garage that was setup like a game room daily. It's near a Publix for your groceries and a lot of restaurants for food. We enjoyed the Waffle House, Funspot, and the Red Lobster. I would recommend this property to my friends and family for their next vacation.

Very Clean with enough to get us started. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool,there were a few games we used. It was a nice stay. We would come again. The only thing was that the beds are not very comfortable, it was not enough to ruin the stay. Everything else was great! Will stay again.

Best place we have stayed! The house was amazing. Between the pool, hot tub and game room the kids were absolutely content. We felt like we were at home. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

A wonderful property in a great location within easy reach of the Disney Park locations.
Spacious villa with all the amenities you could hope for and a lovely pool and covered lanai that's ideal for relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub.
Whilst Kennedy space center is several miles away we have watched many rockets souring toward space from the front door of the villa.
We will definitely be back to this villa again and we look forward to visiting more attractions that only this location can provide. The kids enjoyed the place where dreams really do come true.
